> Ukraine’s military intelligence says Moscow is moving ahead with Rassvet, described as a Russian equivalent of the Starlink system. According to the Ukrainian assessment, launches have started at a substantially faster pace than originally laid out in Russian plans. The statement was made by Skibitskyi in an interview with RBC-Ukraine. His remarks characterize the project as an active effort to establish Russia’s own Starlink-like capability.
