> Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said Moscow is open to considering new proposals concerning Ukraine if they take Russia’s interests into account. He stressed that Russia’s principles and approaches have not changed. Those principles and approaches, he said, should underpin a long-term and fair settlement. The statement presents Moscow’s position as conditional openness rather than a shift in its stated negotiating framework.
