> Pakistan-administered Kashmir is holding a reduced third phase of voting amid unrest. Balloting was postponed in seven of the 11 constituencies in Poonch division. Calls for a boycott and violence have disrupted the region’s elections. The vote is proceeding only in the constituencies where polling was not delayed.
