> Senior Russian diplomat Mikhail Galuzin said Volodymyr Zelensky had left Russia with no alternative but to continue its “special operation.” Galuzin added that Russia was not closing the door on the negotiation process. His comments linked the continuation of the operation to Russia’s reading of Zelensky’s actions while keeping negotiations formally open. The statement presents dialogue as still possible despite the asserted need to proceed with the operation.
