> The United States will unblock Iranian ports after transit through the Strait of Hormuz has been restored. Sources emphasized that Washington’s further actions will depend on Iran meeting its obligations. Those obligations concern ensuring shipping can proceed through the strait. The report presents the next US steps as conditional on Iran fulfilling those commitments.
