> Police say a suspected “preconceived plan” to cause harm at a party led to the death of a young man and murder charges against eight teenagers. The group allegedly arrived at an Airbnb gathering south of Brisbane carrying a range of weapons. Violence then broke out, leaving the 21-year-old with catastrophic head injuries. He died six days after being taken to hospital in critical condition. The alleged attack occurred in Bahrs Scrub, Logan, Queensland.
