> Demonstrators gathered in 22 cities across Poland to protest hate crimes targeting Ukrainians. The rallies follow a recent rise in physical and verbal attacks against Ukrainians in the country. The protests are taking place as diplomatic relations between Poland and neighboring Ukraine face a crisis. That deterioration has fueled tensions surrounding the assaults, according to the report.
