> Volodymyr Zelenskyy says ballistic missiles made in Ukraine could be capable of striking Russia in the fall. He cautioned that progress does not depend entirely on Ukraine, pointing to the involvement of components supplied by other countries. Zelenskyy compared the situation with Russian ballistic weapons, saying those systems also contain elements originating abroad. His remarks frame the potential capability as dependent partly on international supply chains.
