> Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected the Board of Peace’s 15-point proposal for Gaza. He is demanding that Hamas surrender all of its weapons. Netanyahu says there will be no Israeli withdrawal until Hamas is genuinely disarmed. The position directly conditions any withdrawal on Hamas giving up its arms.
