> Yemen’s Tehran-aligned Houthis say they carried out a drone attack on an oil refinery in Saudi Arabia. The strike came two days after Riyadh signed a defence pact with Turkey and Pakistan. That agreement followed growing regional instability linked in the report to the US-Israel war on Iran. Iran has also issued tough new demands for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, while efforts to restore passage remain out of reach.
