> People rescued in Nigeria this week are recounting what they endured while held by jihadists. Security forces freed 308 abductees on Thursday, six months after they were seized at two separate locations in the country’s northwest. The government called the operation the largest single-day rescue in Nigeria’s history. Those released are now speaking publicly about their captivity and the ordeal they experienced.
