> Spain carried out checks on about 200 travelers arriving from Italy at the country’s six largest airports. The inspections took place on the first day after border controls were reintroduced. The move followed a dispute between Spain and Italy over irregular migration. The checks covered arrivals from Italy across the six major airport locations.
