> Spain’s government said Friday that it will introduce border controls for flights and ships arriving from Italy. The measures are scheduled to begin at midnight on Saturday and remain in place until September 7. Madrid linked the decision to a dispute with neighboring Italy over irregular migration. The controls will apply to travelers using both air and sea routes from Italy.
