> Israeli forces entered Zawtar al-Gharbiya overnight, a Lebanese village under the control of Lebanon’s army, according to the town’s mayor and state media. The troops reportedly built a roadblock close to the village square. Lebanon’s army had deployed there more than two weeks earlier. That deployment took place under a US-sponsored agreement signed with Israel, according to the report.
