> Iran’s Revolutionary Guard says the Strait of Hormuz will reopen if the United States accepts Iran’s terms. The guard says that reopening the vital waterway does not depend on the outcome of the ongoing talks with Oman. Its statement links future passage through the strait to Iran’s conditions for Washington. The remarks come as discussions involving Oman continue.
