> Spain’s government said it will introduce controls on flights and ships arriving from Italy. The measures are due to begin at midnight on Saturday and remain in place until September 7. Madrid linked the decision to a dispute with its neighboring country over irregular migration. The announcement represents an immediate tightening of movement between the two countries.
