> U.S. President Donald Trump is pressing ahead with his effort to remove Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook, ABC News reported on Friday, citing sources. The report follows a June decision by the U.S. Supreme Court that refused to allow the president to fire her. Despite that ruling, Trump is continuing to pursue the dismissal attempt. The report did not specify what further steps are being taken.
