> Toronto police have arrested a 19-year-old man and a 15-year-old in connection with a July shooting at the U.S. Consulate. It was the second shooting at the consulate in five months. Police say the attack was carried out as part of a gun-for-hire network. They also link that network to other violent crimes in Canada’s largest city.
