> UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemns both Ukraine and Russia as attacks between the two sides intensify. He calls for the escalation to be reversed through de-escalation and a ceasefire. The appeal comes as the war enters a more intense phase. Guterres’ statement addresses both parties rather than assigning blame to only one side.
