> Spain’s leftist government expects to relocate some migrant minors from overcrowded reception centres in the North African enclave of Ceuta to the mainland within weeks. Youth Minister Sira Rego said on Friday that the move is intended to ease the migration crisis in the small territory. The plan follows last week’s deadly rush at the border, which added to pressure on reception facilities.
