> Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Ukraine’s ambassador to the United Kingdom and former commander-in-chief of its armed forces, said he regards himself as a supporter of NATO. He argued, however, that the alliance needs to change. Speaking to journalists in Kyiv, Zaluzhnyi explained an earlier remark that Ukraine would be unable to join NATO. He also said Russia has found a counter to nearly all of the alliance’s weapons.
