> Israeli prosecutors charged a Jewish settler on Thursday over the killing of a Palestinian community leader last year. The death occurred in the occupied West Bank. The indictment is described as rare because it is the first in nearly three years against a settler over the death of a Palestinian. The case marks an unusual legal action in such circumstances.
