> Three rights groups have published findings from an investigation into the Israeli attack that killed Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil in April. Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International and The Legal Agenda say the evidence indicates that Khalil and her camerawoman were deliberately targeted. The 42-year-old journalist died, while the camerawoman was wounded. The UN human rights office says deliberate attacks on civilians are considered a war crime.
