> A rare video recorded on July 21 in Sabha, Libya, shows a woman accused of adultery receiving a sentence of 100 lashes. After the footage was shared on social media, it provoked anger for more than one reason. Some people objected to the punishment being carried out in a public place. Others were shocked that a law governing extramarital relationships still exists. The video has fueled outrage across Libya.
