> Electronic Arts has been acquired for $55bn by Saudi Arabia’s wealth fund and a group of investors. The deal involves Affinity Partners, the firm run by Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner. EA makes games including The Sims, Madden NFL and Battlefield. The company said on Tuesday evening that the transaction had been completed, following the EU’s approval as the final regulatory clearance required.
