> Spain has completed the deployment of a floating sea barrier along the maritime border of its North African enclave, Ceuta. The measure came on Sunday as authorities continued tightening border controls. The move followed a recent mass influx of migrants from Morocco. The death toll linked to the Ceuta incident has risen to 72.
