> The World Health Organization says the current Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is the largest ever recorded. Insecurity, population displacement and high mobility are hampering surveillance and response operations. Cross-border movements are adding to the challenges of monitoring and containing the disease. The WHO warns that these conditions are increasing the risk of further spread.
