> Palestinian authorities say heavy rain flooded tens of thousands of tents sheltering displaced people in Gaza, leaving many without shelter. Families fled inundated camps in northern and central areas. Gaza authorities reported about 70,000 tents flooded on the first day, while damaged walls and roofs collapsed and caused injuries. Palestinian Civil Defence said it received more than 1,500 calls overnight and was operating without equipment, as Israeli aid restrictions hampered the response.
