> The first winter storm of the season flooded thousands of tents across Gaza, forcing displaced Palestinian families into the cold. Civil Defence said it received about 1,500 distress calls in 10 hours, while water at some shelters rose 30–40cm. Two people were injured when a building wall collapsed in northern Gaza, and emergency officials say more than one million displaced people face winter risks.
