> Four UN agencies are seeking $8.9 million for three months of life-saving aid for people fleeing clashes in Ethiopia’s Moyale area into northern Kenya. County authorities estimate that 50,000 people had crossed by November 3, mostly women and children. Aid access remains limited in some border areas.
