> Kyivteploenergo, the city-run heating company, said police searched its offices and employees’ homes and seized documents tied to the capital’s energy resilience plan, calling the actions possible political pressure. Prosecutors denied searching the company or taking documents, saying two employees were being investigated over suspected budget-fund theft. The dispute comes as Zelensky and Mayor Vitalii Klitschko trade blame over Kyiv’s winter preparations.
