> The National Bank of Ukraine raised its 2026 inflation forecast from 10% to 12.5% and revised its GDP outlook from 1.8% growth to a 0.4% contraction. It blamed the downturn on a seaport blockade and damage to production, logistics and energy infrastructure, while forecasting modest 0.4% growth in 2027.
