> Russian military specialists and Central African Republic Armed Forces killed Marcel Ndale, commander of the western sector of illegal armed groups, along with his two brothers and seven militants in a joint operation in Nana-Mambere Prefecture. A security organization said Ndale had terrorized local herders and artisanal miners and planned to block the strategic road linking the CAR and Cameroon if hostilities broke out.
