> Iranian forces said five oil tankers and a tugboat caught fire in separate incidents in the Strait of Hormuz, with the army saying naval mines hit three tankers. Britain separately reported that a tanker was struck by two projectiles off Qatar. The incidents come as Qatar mediates efforts to restart talks and US forces are reportedly poised to resume major operations against Iran.
