# Bank of Russia seeks seizure of Euroclear documents

> The Bank of Russia has asked a Belgian court to seize Euroclear documents, accusing the depository of colluding with the European Commission and the Council of the EU to obstruct the judicial system, Echo reported. It also requested that a bailiff be sent to Euroclear’s headquarters, where 210 billion euros in Russian assets have been blocked since 2022.
