> Ukrainian troops shot down a Russian Shahed-type drone on the evening of Nov. 4 carrying propaganda leaflets alongside its combat payload. Commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi said the flyers contained QR codes linked to a cyber-phishing trap and warned residents not to scan them, as they could steal data or infect phones. The Kyiv Independent said it could not verify the reports.
