> President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a new law granting former convict soldiers in the army a full set of rights. The measure guarantees 15 days of annual leave and access to proper medical care after an injury. It also allows soldiers to transfer between units after completing one year of service. Transfers may happen earlier when health reasons justify them.
