> Saudi Arabia is negotiating with the Houthis in an effort to reduce tensions in the conflict, Bloomberg reports. At the same time, the kingdom is preparing for war should the negotiations fail. The report presents diplomacy and military preparation as unfolding in parallel. A collapse in the talks could therefore bring a sharper escalation.
