> More than 20 references to gender have reportedly disappeared from the Queensland Office for Women’s website when current pages are compared with archived versions. The removed material includes a reference to the gender pay gap, while wording about gender equality has also been taken out. Former staffers allege the Liberal National party government is trying to “dewokify” the public service. An email seen by Guardian Australia instructed staff to scan the site for “gender” and reframe it.
