> The European Commission will meet with the US, France, Germany, Britain, Nato and the World Bank to discuss winter assistance for Kyiv and backing for the US-led peace process, including upcoming negotiations in Abu Dhabi. The talks follow another night of heavy attacks on Ukraine, striking power stations in Kyiv and Zhytomyr and a cargo vessel near Odesa.
