> Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez is facing criticism as the European Union meets to discuss crossings into Ceuta. The North African enclave has seen the vast majority of migrants leave. Most of those migrants have returned to Morocco, according to the report. The situation has put the Ceuta border issue at the centre of attention as EU discussions take place.
