> About 3,300 Palestinians returned to Hebron after Israeli forces withdrew from two neighbourhoods following a 10-day assault. Residents found extensive damage. The operation demolished 15 facilities, shut at least 327 shops and kept about 80,000 students from school; the municipality estimates direct losses of more than 12 million shekels per day.
