> Democrat Amy Acton defeated Donald Trump-endorsed Vivek Ramaswamy to become Ohio’s first female governor and end 16 years of Republican control of the office. During the bitter campaign, Ramaswamy’s team ran an attack ad featuring Acton’s mother, drawing calls from politicians in both parties for it to be withdrawn and for an apology.
