> Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Russia, Ukraine and the United States will hold peace talks in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, focusing on ending the conflict, post-conflict security and de-escalation. The announcement comes as fighting continues: a Ukrainian strike damaged a refinery in Yaroslavl and injured two employees, according to the regional governor.
