> Russian State Duma member Leonid Slutsky said Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s 40-day plan is opening a “portal to hell” for Ukraine. Slutsky claimed that Ukraine is being systematically cut off from routes supplying weapons. He warned that the country risks experiencing its worst winter yet.
