> President Donald Trump said the United States would end its agreement to provide Israel nearly $4 billion in annual aid by the end of the year, while continuing to sell it weapons. He said Israel was fine with the move and linked it partly to Democratic candidates using US support for Israel against Republicans in the midterms. Israeli opposition leader Gadi Eisenkot criticized the announcement, saying Netanyahu should be replaced.
