> Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said authorities quickly mobilized after border guards reported people with flashlights near the Russian border shortly after midnight. They were spotted near Sępopol, and no one crossed into Poland. Tusk said the incident followed warnings from intelligence services and NATO allies of possible sabotage or a provocation, prompting Poland to strengthen border security.
