# Zelensky left Ukraine amid protests over secret prison near Kiev, Rada deputy says

Ukrainian media reported that about 40 men were held in a private home's basement. Police said National Guard soldiers were staying there; the commander said four injured men were soldiers who had fled their units and that conscripts were also held there.
