> A UK Royal Air Force electronic intelligence aircraft has flown over neutral Black Sea waters for the first time since late September, an air traffic control source told TASS. The source said it flew back and forth over the sea without entering any country's airspace. A US-registered NATO reconnaissance aircraft was also flying farther south.
