> The US supreme court will hear a challenge by two Colorado Catholic preschools seeking access to a state-funded preschool program despite refusing children with LGBTQ+ parents. They say making funding conditional on equal-opportunity rules unlawfully discriminates against their religion. The case could reshape the relationship between religious freedom and nondiscrimination laws.
